Whichever plan suits you, the first question is the same: does fibre already reach your premises. If it does, there is no waiting for a callback. We send a secure digital agreement link, you sign online, and you pick an installation slot. If your address is not covered yet, register your interest and we will tell you when it is.

Which plan suits our business?
Start with what the line has to carry. Small Business fits a shop, studio or small team running card machines, point-of-sale and cloud apps. Fibre Bites is built for restaurants and cafes, because it adds a managed free hotspot for guests alongside your own line. SOHO is for an office that needs more: it is the only range that includes a static IP, a managed router and priority support. If you are between two, check coverage first and talk to us.
Is the line capped or shaped?
No. Every business plan is uncapped and symmetric, with no fair-usage policy and no shaping. Upload runs as fast as download, and the speed you buy is the speed you get at any time of day.
Do we get a static IP address?
On every SOHO plan the first static public IPv4 address is free. Additional static IPs are a monthly add-on. On Small Business and Fibre Bites the line uses a shared address by default, and a static public IP can be added as a monthly extra if you need one, for a VPN back to the office, a CCTV recorder or anything else that has to be reachable from outside.
Can we use our own router?
Yes on Small Business and Fibre Bites. SOHO plans come with a managed MikroTik router included, so the equipment on the line is equipment we can see and support when something needs attention.
How quickly can we be connected?
Check your address first. If fibre already reaches your building we send a secure digital agreement link, you sign online, and you choose an installation slot rather than waiting for a callback.
