Symmetric and uncapped

Business fibre in Durban
Uncapped, symmetric fibre for offices, shops and restaurants, on a network we build and run ourselves in Durban.
The same foundations across every business plan, whether you are a two-person studio or a full office.
Upload as fast as you download, with no data caps, no shaping and no fair-usage policy. Cloud backups, large file sends and video calls behave the same at nine in the morning as they do at five.
Local, national and international traffic each get their own lane at your full speed. An overseas video call cannot slow down the local systems your staff are working in, because they are not sharing a pipe.
We build and run our own fibre in Durban, so a fault reaches engineers who can see your line and the equipment it runs through, rather than a call centre working from a script.
Every plan runs on the same fibre and the same network. What changes is what comes with the line, so start with the description that reads most like your day.
Card machines and point-of-sale that cannot afford to hang, bookings and invoices, email, and a handful of people on cloud apps at the same time. Our Small Business range covers this from R649 a month, and you move up a plan when the team outgrows the one you are on.
See Small Business plansYour own line carries point-of-sale, card machines, online orders and the back office. Alongside it, your customers get a completely separate free guest hotspot that 123NET sets up and manages, so a full room browsing on their phones never slows down the till. Fibre Bites starts at R749 a month.
See Fibre BitesStaff connecting back in over a VPN, a CCTV recorder you check from home, a remote desktop or a server on site. That needs a fixed address on the internet, and SOHO is the only range that includes one: your first static public IP free, plus a managed router and priority business support. From R1,299 a month.

Getting connected
Whichever plan suits you, the first question is the same: does fibre already reach your premises. If it does, there is no waiting for a callback. We send a secure digital agreement link, you sign online, and you pick an installation slot. If your address is not covered yet, register your interest and we will tell you when it is.
Coverage decides everything else. Check whether fibre is already live at your premises.
