Get 1-Up: Enjoy Faster Fibre Free for 6 Months
🚀 Choose Your Plan. Get the Next Tier Free.
⚡ What you get
- A free speed upgrade for 6 months. Choose any GO or HOME fibre plan and enjoy the next tier up — at no extra cost.
- Free Premium on Home plans for your first 3 months — the faster, prioritised Home experience, included.
- Your price never goes up. You pay the plan you chose. If you're already on our fastest plan, the deal comes to you as a lower price for six months instead.
- No strings. After six months your plan simply continues at the speed you signed up for. Nothing to cancel, and no new contract term is created.
⚙️ How it works — three real examples
Whatever plan you pick, you pay that plan’s normal price the whole time. Here’s what actually lands on your line, month by month:
Example 1 — you sign up for Home M
- Months 1–3: you ride on Home L Premium — a tier up, with Premium included free.
- Months 4–6: you ride on Home L — still a tier above what you pay for.
- Month 7 onward: your line settles onto Home M, the plan you chose.
Example 2 — you sign up for Home S
- Months 1–3: Home S+ Premium — the next tier up, Premium included.
- Months 4–6: Home S+.
- Month 7 onward: back to Home S.
Example 3 — you sign up for GO M
- Months 1–6: you ride on GO L — a full tier up for the whole six months.
- Month 7 onward: back to GO M.
(Premium is a Home-plan feature, so GO plans get the speed tier-up without the Premium add-on.)
Already on our top plan? If you sign up for our fastest tier (Home XXL or GO XL) there’s no faster tier to give you — so instead you get a reduced price for six months. Home XXL customers also enjoy XXL Premium for the first three months.
Who qualifies?
New 123NET customers who sign up between 20 July and 30 September 2026 on a GO or HOME fibre plan, with the service installed by 31 October 2026. The upgrade applies automatically from your first invoice — there is nothing to claim.
Frequently asked questions
Does it cost extra? No. You pay your chosen plan’s normal price for all six months — and if you’re on a top plan, you pay less. The faster speed, and Premium on Home for the first three months, is included.
What happens after six months? Your line goes back to the plan you signed up for. There is nothing to cancel and no new contract term.
Do I need a promo code? No. Sign up on an eligible GO or HOME plan inside the window and the upgrade is applied for you.
Is it uncapped? Your plan’s normal terms apply — 123NET fibre is uncapped, with no fair-use throttling.
Can I move up a plan later? Yes. You can change plans on your existing line at any time, and the deal keeps running on the plan you’re on for your first six months.
The fine print
The 1-Up is for new 123NET fibre connections. Here is exactly what that means:
The 30-day rule. If a 123NET fibre service at your address was cancelled or terminated in the last 30 days, that address does not qualify yet — and this applies no matter who signs up: you, a partner, a family member, or anyone else in the household. It simply keeps the deal for genuinely new connections. Once 30 days have passed, you are welcome to it.
- When: sign up between 20 July and 30 September 2026, with your service installed by 31 October 2026.
- Eligible plans: any GO or HOME fibre plan. SOHO and reseller accounts do not qualify.
- Any term: month-to-month or a 12-month agreement — both receive the identical deal.
- How long: the upgrade runs for your first 6 billing cycles, then your plan continues at the speed you chose — nothing to cancel, and no new contract term is created.
- Your price: you pay your chosen plan’s normal monthly price throughout (top-tier plans pay a reduced price). Your price never goes up because of the deal.
- Speeds are best-effort maximums and your plan’s standard terms apply.
Full Terms & Conditions apply.
